The following new delegated acts – amending EU 848/2018 have now been published in the Official Journal;
EU 642/2021 – amends the requirements for collecting, packaging, transport, labelling,
EU 715/2021 – amends Article 36 re structure of producer groups and requirements to the ICS of the group,
EU 716/2021 – amends the requirements for derogation for seeds, use of cholesterol for aquatic animals & other practices.
