On August 11, 2023, IOAS suspended GSCI Services Pvt. Ltd.’s accreditation for Textile Exchange (all scopes) and ISO/IEC 17065.
GSCI has been invited to take corrective actions to enable the suspension to be lifted. While the suspension is in effect, they are not permitted to accept new applications, no certificates may be issued to new applications that are in progress and no extensions of scope may be issued to existing operators. In addition, GSCI is not permitted to issue any transaction certificates for the duration of the suspension.
GSCI’s accreditation under COR scheme remains unaffected.
Any operations, certification bodies and authorities that rely on this accreditation are asked to take note.
