The new Implementing Regulation EU 2024/2794 has been published. This Regulation officially amends Annex II of Regulation EU 2021/1378, adding new recognized certification bodies to the EU-Compliance import regime.
Certification bodies evaluated by IOAS and included in this amendment are ACO, Indocert, Onecert, OCIA, and OFDC. Additionally, OIA’s scope of recognition has been updated to include more categories for already approved countries.
