Overview comments section on CFIA website has been updated to reflect current Regulation (SFCR – Safe Food for Canadians Regulations).
Please note that now, products imported to Canada under the terms of the CCROEA are required to be accompanied by a certification issued by a Costa Rican accredited Certification Body (CB) and an export certificate signed by the National Phytosanitary Service/ Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado (SFE).
