The IOAS Impartiality Committee (IC) met in Bristol, England in mid-September 2024. Complaint, assessment, and surveillance files were carefully reviewed for any indication of bias. The IC concluded that IOAS acted fairly and impartially in all cases. The IOAS Impartiality Matrix was also updated and reviewed with several additional mitigating actions assigned to IOAS staff. The IC will meet again in early 2025.
