Today, a new delegated regulation, EU 2024/2867, was published, amending Regulation EU 2018/848, Annex V.
This regulation clarifies the colours to be used for the EU organic logo and permits the use of a completely inverted version of the EU organic logo in black and white (i.e., in a negative format) for labelling organic products.
The new regulation will take effect 20 days from today.
