The Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2975 has been published, amending Articles 8 and 16 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1698, as well as Article 6 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2306. These changes focus on defining a list of high-risk products and establishing requirements for physical inspections and sampling of these products. The new regulation came into effect from December 3, 2024.
