IOAS Training – Committed to attaining Excellence and Investing in the Competence of our Assessors

The IOAS is committed to attaining excellence and investing in the competence of its assessors. Every year, the IOAS client service managers and assessors undergo extensive in-person training that spans a few days. During this training, updates to the internal procedures and onsite expectations are covered, and technical queries are clarified. Throughout the year, training on internal procedures is conducted, and all IOAS personnel, including the admin team, are included.

Additionally, regular training around scheme updates, which is the core of IOAS competence, is provided to ensure that the assessors stay up-to-date with the latest technical competencies.

Training specific to Textiles and the IOAS Textile team is conducted whenever the schemes are updated.

Additionally, we provide specialized individual training, which consists of dedicated sessions for one or two personnel to improve their knowledge in a specific area.
