With a background in food engineering, David began his career in the organic sector 20 years ago as an auditor. For nearly 15 years, he worked with a leading organic certification body, managing audits and certifications teams, and implementing new tools and processes for both food and cosmetics. Since 2020, he has served as an independent assessor for multiple accreditation bodies and has, since 2025, taken on the role of IOAS Agriculture Scheme Manager. Throughout his career, David has interacted with numerous stakeholders worldwide, consistently dedicating himself to organic certification and striving to enhance its reliability.
