Wild Harvest

Certification of wild harvest products is most commonly considered in organic agriculture standards. They are defined by prohibiting any agricultural intervention and demonstrable measures to ensure the sustainability of harvest. Some schemes (IFOAM) have detailed requirements for certification of such products as they often require strict environmental measures and involve contracted harvest teams.
